The latest addition to the flavoured olive oil collection is this incredible Frantoio Muraglia Fresh Bergamot extra virgin olive oil.

Instead of using artificial or infused flavours, these bergamots are crushed together with the olives allowing the ingredients to perfectly combine together, enhancing each other.

We love to add this to crudités, and to make interesting cookies. However it gives its best on gelato.
