Secure Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Italian artisanal packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
